TAFNE brings together a diverse group of local and regional stakeholders from Germany and the United States, with a geographic focus on Bavaria, North Rhine-Westphalia, and Saxony in Germany, and on Colorado, Pennsylvania, and Texas in the United States.

Participants include policymakers, businesses, NGOs, researchers, and others who care about the environment and related resource and infrastructure challenges.
